JACK OSBOURNE to Host British TV Series
August 29, 2003Jack Osbourne, the 17-year-old son of heavy metal star Ozzy Osbourne, will host "Union Jack", a new television series set to air on Britain's Channel 4 in November, according to the Associated Press.
The program will follow Osbourne to parties, premieres and celebrity haunts in Los Angeles and feature his opinions on the latest movies and music.
Channel 4 said the show would "give a fresh take on all things cool and strange in Hollywood."
Osbourne — along with sister Kelly, mother Sharon and father Ozzy, the former frontman for BLACK SABBATH — became an international star through the MTV reality series "The Osbournes", which follows the profanity-filled proceedings at the British-born rocker's Los Angeles home.
Earlier this year Jack Osbourne spent two months at a rehabilitation clinic undergoing treatment for alcohol and drug abuse.
